Orders & Payments
1. How do I place an order on Shero.my?
Simply browse our products, select your desired items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be guided through the payment and shipping steps. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Online Banking (FPX)
- E-wallets (Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay, Boost)
- Buy Now, Pay Later options (e.g. Atome or ShopBack PayLater)
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it quickly. If you need to cancel or change something, contact our support team at info@shero.my within 1 hour of placing the order. But we can’t guarantee changes.
4. I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, you may have entered your email incorrectly. Contact our support info@shero.my with your full name and order time, and we’ll help locate your order.
Shipping & Delivery
5. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. International shipping is available but only for the listed countries as below:-
- Thailand
- Taiwan
- Hong Kong
- Brunei
- Indonesia
- Australia
- United States
- Switzerland
- United Kingdom
- Singapore
6. How long does delivery take?
- West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
- East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
- International: Delivery times may vary during public holidays or sales periods.
7. How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over RM200. Otherwise, standard rates apply:
- Malaysia Nationwide: RM8
- International: Different countries will have different rates
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your account to check your order status.
Returns & Exchanges
9. What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as items are:
- Unused and in original packaging
10. How do I return an item?
Contact our support info@shero.my with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
11. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are allowed for wrong orders or defective items. Contact info@shero.my within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

12. An item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
Popular items are often restocked. You can click “Notify Me” on the product page to receive an email alert when it’s back in stock.
13. Are your products authentic and safe?
Yes. All our products are 100% authentic and sourced from verified brands and suppliers. Beauty products comply with Malaysian health and safety regulations.

14. Do I need an account to shop?
Yes. Having an account lets you track your orders, save favourites, and access special member-only promotions.
15. Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
Yes! Sign up for a Shero account and earn points with every purchase. Points can be redeemed for voucher or exclusive gifts.

16. How do I use a promo code?
Enter your promo code at checkout before making payment. Only one code can be used per order, and some codes may have exclusions.
17. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available and can be sent to your loved ones instantly via email.
